Why am I qualified? I have worked in the publishing industry for over seven years, first as a development editor and then as a copy editor. Among my list of clients are several major publishing houses, including St. Martin's Press, Hachette Book Group, Brill, and Palgrave Macmillan, as well as many individual authors and businesses. I have experience editing fictional works, memoirs, media kits, trade books, resumes, cover letters, dissertations, and scholarly books on a variety of topics (history, technology, economics, health, politics, education, literature, sociology, Middle Eastern studies, and Asian studies, to name several). Added to these qualifications is my education: I graduated summa cum laude from Lebanon Valley College with a BA in English communications and Spanish.
